The 10 members (max.) receive individual tuition from two group leaders.This is done by the use of dual headphones (which means that other members cannot hear your mistakes!).
The course followed is The Complete Keyboard Player by Kenneth Baker, which is written primarily as a teach-yourself method. However, progress will be assured with the guidance of the group leaders and very soon you will be reading music and playing popular melodies in many different styles.
The group meets each Friday (10 a.m. to 12 noon) at the Heald Green Village Hall, Outwood Road.
The group is presently running at full capacity but we do keep a waiting list, which is currently empty, so do talk to us if you are interested.

The group is aimed at complete beginners and those who have had piano lessons as a child.
