The Music Making Group is for people who can read music and who enjoy playing as part of an ensemble. There are currently seven members – two keyboard players, four recorder players (three trebles and a descant) and one clarinettist – who meet in each other's houses on the second and fourth Thursdays in the month from 2 – 4 p.m.
The music covers a variety of styles and is specially arranged for whatever the combination of instruments is.
At the December open meeting we usually entertain with pieces from our repertoire.
