Distance: 7 miles
The walk starts from Calton Lees car park, at the south end of the park, goes past the house and up the hill behind, for excellent views of the whole setting. We cross the Warren and, from Beeley Edge, descend through forest plantation to the village from where we return to the riverside and back to the start.
Departing at 09:15 prompt from Swann Lane.
Pack a sandwich and a drink for lunch on the walk.
