The group was started in February 2011 and we have managed to keep going with some members from Bramhall U3A. Numbers are reducing again and we would welcome new people to join us.

Recent research has shown that developing the type of breathing technique used by practitioners of Tai Chi can reduce blood pressure and reduce drug dependency.
